That dealer has since adopted the 'no haggle bottom line pricing' sales model which in my opinion sucks.
Due to that they lost out on both my new JK purchase as well as my girlfriends Grand Cherokee Compass purchase because in both cases we got far better deals by working with dealers that negotiate (haggle).
I find it really funny when they say "we find that most buyers really prefer not to go through the haggling process and can purchase confidently knowing their getting the best price upfront."
What they really mean is that most buyers are to lazy and inpatient to do the research and work to truly negotiate the best deal possible.
