Was wondering if any one knows what are currants rates are for 72 month term. I have a tier 1 credit.

Depends on where you buy, and which bank or credit union the financing is through. In other words, go and find out for yourself.

I got 3.5% a couple of months ago for 72 months. They actually also offered 75 months at the same rate but I stuck with 72.

My credit union has awesome rates:


Terms from 61 to 72 months ($18,000 min. MSRP) as low as 1.99%
Terms from 73 to 84 months ($30,000 min. MSRP) as low as 3.24%

I've never understood why you'd want to finance a vehicle for more than a few years. 6 or 7 years seems like such a waste to me. I wonder what the stats are for people who've actually kept their vehicle for that long.
