My wife mentioned me trading my 08 Grand Cherokee in on a 4dr Sahara. I can get a pretty good deal on a 2010. Besides the visual stuff in the interior, which she said looked nice, but wasn't a big deal to her, is there any reasons to pay more for the 2011?
Not sure I want to give up my GC yet, but I thought I'd get some opinoins from people who have one or the other, or who have had both.

The 2011 interior is really nice. I was not really keen on the idea of the newer interior on the 11s, and we already have a 2009 JKU Sahara sitting in the garage. I fell in love with the Black Ops Edition and pulled the trigger on it. I am very glad I did. I really like the 2011 interior, and there are a few additional option available that are nice to have. The hill assist and other creature comforts like the U-Connect are nice.

Oh, and if you are a member of Tread Lightly (or join up for $25) you can save THOUSANDS of dollars on the price of any new Chrysler, including the 2011 JKs.

I have a 2010 Rubicon JKU (aka 4 door) and I love it! I you do much wheeling I get the Rubicon instead of the Sahara because the Rubicon comes with front and read e-lockers and sway bar disconnect. The Rubicon also have 4:1 gears, and skid plates.

If you don't care about have the new look of the inside of the 2011. Then go with the 2010, because it comes with better skid plates then then 2011.
