I imagine if it is a dealership that they have 4 or more "ghost" eBay accounts that bid this up and if it doesn't sale they will re-list it to get exposure

I wonder if it even comes with a top? Looks like a removed hardtop (no rear door surrounds) Maybe they took it off to make someone else a dual top sale and are now stuck with it like this? There is no claim to have a any type of top. I'd be wary.

That is a base model, no power options, no woofer, sirius/XM?.

And it's an Auto, If I was buying a base model it would be to build it up, it would have to be stick. (Yes I drive A/T but I didn't buy it to build up that way)

If it's actually being listed by Allen Samuels Jeep (as opposed to someone pretending to be them), then I'd say it's legit. They're an old, well-known Texas dealership. I bet they don't understand the "reserve" system, though, and that they'll try to back out if the final bid is under $25k or so.
