I was looking at one on the lot the other day and couldn't see anything that looked different than my 2010, but there could be some subtle changes that we don't see.

Default 2011 hardtop

2011 hardtop itself is different-larger rear and rear side windows-freedom panels are slightly changed. It looks like it would still bolt right on.

thanks.. yeah i figured they might be alittle different.. i know a 2011 hardtop would be probably hard to find... so figured might try a older top and see if it fits.

Seeing as how I got my 2010 with just the soft top, I was going to ask if anyone knew whether the 2011 hardtop would fit on a 2010.

Just happened to be on the Mopar site today, poking around at exactly what I'd need to add a hard top to my Jeep. They've got an adapter to fit 2011 tops to 2007-2010 models. Apparently, there is a difference in the header over the windshield. There's no picture or price yet. I'm doubting the older tops will fit a 2011.

i was at the dealer today picking up my new 2011 jk.. and i was talking to them about hardtops.. they said they just put a 2010 hardtop on a 2011 and it fit without a problem... the wiring harness was different but other than that it worked. i have a 2009 hardtop on my jeep ... I'm gonna see how it fits on my wifes new 2011 jeep.

Default No surprises

I'm not surprised that they fit after all the '11 JK body is unchanged. The hard tops should fit without issue the only difference appears to be slightly larger windows in the rear section of the hard top. I like the larger side windows but don't like the larger rear hatch glass....the lines of the glass in the rear look better when they are consistent with the lines of the tail gate as in the 07-10. But it's not the end of the world it's really only a minor change as far as the hard top goes.

I really like the new hardtops as they are more like the CJ, YJ now.. Maybe even then TJ's. The windows were always larger and didnt line up with tailgate.
More you see is always better too. Thats what I miss about my YJ, never any blind spots.
