Default Longevity ?

Having owned two black, one green and a blue, I'm affraid my latest jazzy color choice will go the way of that TJ green apple & YJ islander blue. I would have liked a deep root beer brown, or a rhino finish like the late YJ's had. I need to run the test of time, as this may quite possibly be my last Jeep.

I so agree!

My Jeep Grand Cherokee was "Slate Grey" almost black...man it looked good clean. I almost went with Black on the JK, but that Redrock kept calling me!

so you think that a company that filed bankruptcy, was/is in serious money troubles, and just got bought buy a new company is going to start off cutting teh quality of their vehicles? that makes no sense what so ever.

Or put another way - is the quality of a bankrupt company pinching pennies to pay down its debt going to be better than the quality of a company that had most of that debt relieved?

I imagine if anything it would at least be the same.

It was my second choice, so I am very happy with it, wish I could have found a properly equipped Rescue Green though.
