2008 vs 2010?
Hey folks. I think I might want an upgrade soon. I guess I'm not jeep enough, I'm just not a fan of my soft top. I love my jeep though, wouldn't wanna drive anything else. I thought maybe I'd trade in my 2008 for a 2010 maybe after the holidays and maybe move up to a sahara instead of X.
Any noticeable differences between 2008 & 2010 models? or is it just cosmetic stuff?
I remember in 2008 the mygig radios just had 20 gig hard drives... are they bigger now? my music collection alone is 25 gigs...

If you are looking to upgrade I would wait a year or two. From what they are putting out there could be some noticable changes in the next few years. For now I would just save your self some money and buy youself a hard top and an IPOD.

ah ok, thanks for the info. guess I better wait then. Is it new stuff as soon as 2011 or even later? what kind of rumors are floating around?
I saw some pics of the 2011 grand cherokee and don't like it. it looks like a ford or something :(
I wanna get something new before the world ends in 2012!

Fiat diesels will power some Chrysler vehicles, the first being the Jeep Wrangler in 2010.
The 2011 Wrangler is due in the second or third quarter of 2010, and will have a standard Pentastar V6 with an optional Fiat diesel. The Scrambler pickup concept appears to be out of the picture; the AEV Brute may be increased in number and cut in cost thanks to Jeep involvement. Details: Two door Wrangler - Four door Wrangler (Unlimited) - Scrambler pickup."
Looks like, wait until the 2011's come out !
