Default 2008 or 2011

Need some opinions folks: I have a 2008 unlimited X that i bought new in Nov. 08 for $16,900. Love the jeep, no problems through 56k miles. Hard top, bumpers, winch, etc. Just got a flyer from my dealership offering $21,900, 0% for 60 or 72 mos. & free gas for a year. I owe about 10k on mine. So I could get an '11 Unlimited Rubicon for about what my monthly payment is now. Granted for 3 more years. Here's the kicker, they said they would swap my bumpers, winch, wheels & tires, etc. to the new jeep. Does that sound too good to be true or am I missing something? Any thought would be appreciated.

I'd be all over that, but I'm an impulse buyer.

they are weeding out the lifetime warranty rigs, they want them for some reason. I got a letter about trading my 07 2 door but they didn't offer free gas

What's more important? Your lifetime warranty or having a more refined 2011 Rubicon? Because that warranty would be about the ONLY reason not to do the swap. They are offering you one heck of a deal if they go through with it!

Wait for a 12.... Eventually they will find a way to void you life time warranty, maybe get a newer one if the price is right. Or keep the 08 for your Mrs....
