Kind of nice to know my Jeep gets better mileage than someone at least.
I don't know about you OP but I rarely drive on the highway, and that hurts. And I do not always baby it. Winter fuel and 4wd, pushing through snow, all lower mileage.
Did you hand calculate that mileage? 200 miles does seem bad for your rig.

A 4 dr has about 4 gallons more gas

check spark plug wires
when I changed my spark plug wires and plugs I noticed the 1 spark plug wire rubs against the air conditioner aluminum tube and was wearing a hole in the wire. this might help you out in fuel mileage.
