Overdrive
Sounds like maybe your overdrive button has failed and your tranny is not shifting into 4th gear (I'm assuming its an automatic). Are you idling at about 3,000 RPM's at 75MPH?

Also, 2 door or Unlimited? The 2-doors have smaller tanks, but even at that 200 seems to be way low. Also if it's new the MPG's get better as you break the engine in.
I have an unlimited and get about 360 in the winter and 400+ in the summer. It increased a bunch around 5K-7K miles.

I have the same set up and ran superchips mileage xs for a tank of gas. I got 12 mpg in city driving. I switched to 87 octane set up and am working slowly through another tank. Hoping to get to 14 mpg.

I'll throw mine in just for another comparison:
auto unlim
3" lift & 35's
5.13 gears / superchip / CAI / Exhaust
fuel light usually comes on around 275 miles whether city or hwy
