2-Door or 4-Door

2 Door for me! Will be my DD. Been driving around in a Suburban with 7 empty seats most of the time. For my junk, I will flip the back seats up and be fine. Take the junk out, put up the seat, room for everyone. If I need more comfort or room I will swap cars with my wife for the day.

This past summer I had already made the decsion to sacrifice mobility for practicality. The four-door was an easy decision.
More of a concern for me was the full-doors vs. half doors. I went with the half-door configuration since the unlimited 4-door with full-doors looks too much like a hummer.

4 door and loving it
I got mine last saturday... and I didn't order it, I just got lucky and one came into the local dealership. I have only seen one other in Mississippi, a 2wd Sahara in Pascagoula MS.... Mine is a slate gray Unlimited X model 4dr 4wd automatic. I have had a CJ-7, a 4banger TJ and a Rubicon in my past. Other than the ultimate off-road capability of the Rubicon, this one is by far the best all around for passanger and cargo room. Besides let's face it a lot of us need 4 doors to haul our tricycle motors..... and while I love going off road, I have never been rock crawling so the X model suits me fine.

One on the way
Wanted to keep old Rubicon but with 2 kids and the wife I wouldn't be able to take any off road trips unless they can fit. It was tight with the 3 of us and the pooch. Not to much to tear up in VA Beach anymore.

2dr. while i understand someone wanting and/or needing the 4dr, i just don't feel a wrangler should have 4 doors, nor do i want the added length. but to each his/her own.
