Has anyone heard anything more about new colors for 09?

Rumor was no more Rescue Green and no more Steel Blue.

I kind of wanted a Steel Blue but can't find the one I want within 300 mi. I am thinking about ordering one, but heard they would be discontinued this month and replaced with a new blue.

I read this on the rumor mill so it could be just that.

Anyone know for sure?

And does anyone know what the new blue looks like?

Yup, look in the rumor mill. We've got someone with "sources". Rescue Green and the Steel Blue are gone, replaced by Modern Blue.

 

So... this means I now have a "limited" Unlimited......

 

I don't want "rumours" I want facts, sources, you know, something more substantial.

Rumors get people into trouble, we start freaking out Jeep is going to be sold to an Indian company, the engines are going to be smaller to accommodate mpg, the aliens mining crude oil on the dark side of the moon are going to price gouge, etc

Rumors are fun until you want to know if something is factual which is why I didn't ask this question in the "Rumor Mill".

 

If you go to the Jeep website and click on the Jeep Compase, they have that really cool intense blue for that. Why cant we get that for the wrangler?

 

I saw a Patriot that color the other day. It looks a lot better on line IMO.
