No, seriously, I have no clue. Even most of the dealerships are clueless about the changes in the 08 models. I have seen a link to a PDF on Chrysler's website that outlines the changes, but all-in-all they are minor.
I cannot remember that link, but perhaps a quick search will turn something up for you... if not PM me, and I can email you my copy of that.

I emailed jeep directly and this is what they sent me yesterday.
Thank you for your interest in the Jeep Wranglers.
We are pleased to read about your interest in the 2008 Jeep Wranglers.
This vehicle is scheduled to become available in the fall of this year.
At this time, pricing and production specifications have not been
released.
Please stay in contact with Jeep.com and your local Jeep
dealership for updates.
Also, your local dealership will be updated as time gets closer for the
release of the 2008 Jeep wrangler.
Jeep?s heritage originates with WWII, for more than 60 years of 4WD
leadership and capability.
What is up with that, I have an '08 on order and dealers are already getting them in. I guess even their internet response team does not have a clue what's going on.

Hahah that's funny. I've had an 08 sitting in my driveway for several weeks. Too bad they made me pay for it before 'pricing and production specifications' were released.

I was up at Dealers this morning and they don't even have the book out yet for the 2008. I did look at the 2008 he had...... On all four 4 doors he had they added the fog lights but..... to me they just did not look right they are a cover that go over the bumper and these they added were a sliver color . Just look out place maybe if they were black like the bumper they may look ok. I got a pictrue off there web site of one they have for sale.

Jeep 2008 pricing was available in the end of June 2007, when I ordered mine. Communication from DC and in most cases you Jeep dealer is likely to be questionable at best and a joke at worst.
