I don't believe a new front drive shaft will be necessary since he has the 2013. I had my uncles 2013 up on the lift yesterday and was looking at his drive shaft and transmission. The drive shaft doesn't come close to the tranny pan like it does on my 07. The new tranny gives a lot more clearance.

If its the same as the 2012 you need either exhaust spacers, new exhaust or new drive shaft.

Sounds like exhaust spacers might be the cheapest out a this point in being a newb and taking it easy right now.
