Well, I don't know what you do and don't have for the Jeep so far, but here are the first few things that came to mind in addition to what was mentioned already.
Quick disco's for sure, if you don't have them yet. I've been a big fan of the teraflex ones. They come in at $99 and they have storage pins for the sway bar so you don't have to manually tie it up each time you need to stow it.
Breaks the budget a bit, but I bought my Crager soft 8s for about $280 shipped.
The Teraflex 2.5" budget boost is $235 at Northridge 4x4, and the Full Traction 2" econo lift is $136 there as well.

U can always get windshield auxilary lights! There on alot of jeeps in this forum with them and they look great! As long as you dont get the mopar brackets, u can get brackets for 30, and some KC HiLights are around 160.
