If you don't have a lift and your vehicle has less than 36,000 miles then they will replace it under warranty. I've gone through two front and one rear. All replaced under warranty.

FWIW I got a set of 2 dr Rubi springs thinking they would make a big difference on my X. The fronts were the exact same part number~ and the rears were 1 digit off (higher) I imagine the rears are a bit stiffer which will help with towing so I'll throw em on anyway when I do my BB. But on the bright side, I have a full extra set of springs should mine start to sag down the road.
