It really is none or my business, but perhaps consider doing some custom rated springs from one of the vendors (Rock Krawler comes to mind) that will keep your ride height lower so your wife can jump in, but still allow you to take advantage of the full length of the shocks while in droop. If not that, perhaps some new shock towers to accommodate the longer shocks. Just throwing out some ideas that would probably be a cost effective way for you to maintain ownership and usage of some bad ass shocks and still facilitate your overall goals.

I am selling the shocks for $900, and if someone is really interested in shipping, it would be an additional $45-50 for the shipping and packaging. (and on a side note, the price is listed in the thread title - I tried to put as much important information there so it shows up in the main page of the forum)

Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.

Thanks.

Honestly, I don't know, but they are for a 2" - 4" lift on a Jeep JK.
I am sure it can be found online if you need specifics, but they worked perfectly on my 2.5" Teraflex Coil lifted 2010 Jeep JKU Sport.

I apprecaite your suggestions a lot. I have considered that, but the cost of customizing the suspension and time and effort involved just don't seem to offset the $200-300 dollars in "loss" I would take if I sold these for $900 after buying them for $1,200 (and still getting some original use out of them).

I think if I did get back into that realm of wanting to lift the Jeep to that level and rebuild a similar platform with Elka Shocks, I would probably just buy a set again, but I don't plan on being in that phase for another 2-3 years (after our first baby and a little basic wear and tear on the Jeep and warranty).

So that being said, they are some bas ass shocks and really do make a difference in how a Jeep handles, and would be a GREAT pick-up for someone, so let me know if aonyone could use some killer reservoir long travel shocks.

Still up for sale, $900 for the set of 4!
