After I bashed in both corners I sawzalled it and reattached it with four new bolts.

It wasn't that hard- you basically just mount the winch plate upside down and cut a hole in the front of the bumper for the cable to go through and the fairleads to attach to the plate. There are a few more details involved, if you decide to try it PM me and I'll give you more info. You can reach the free spool switch from reaching underneath and it has worked great so far.

thanks rroberto, the tires are Maxxis Bighorns- 275/70/18 on stock
Sahara rims with 2.5" Spidertrax spacers. They were some of the cheaper priced tires I found and I have been very pleased with them on and off road. 10k miles on them and not much tread gone yet.
