I know what you mean about the radius. I'm in the decision making process now - wheels with less backspacing - adds more stress to powertrain, wheel spacers - same as above, full float/wider axles - preferred but expensive.

you will make your frame weaker if you cut it..

I just deal with it. let it rub al it wants

I mean with 60s your really wide. if you add spacers it will make it a bit weaker and also add more width!

adjust your stops and deal with it

there will always be something you have to deal with


I choose steering and not a broken or bent frame

Yeah I hear you about the frame. I saw Burnsville OffRoad's Lower 40--pretty cool jeep. They do a minimal lift yet still fit big tires. Looks like they modify the frame.
