Thowing the stubby on was one of the easiest mods I've personally tackled on my rig

Looks good. Are you doing anything about the side marker lights you cut out? Are they required in your state?

I'm pretty sure they are required....but I haven't tackled that project yet. Thinking about using those small round amber LEDs just inside the fender next to the grill....
