I have the 6spd manual and so far I like the xrc although I have to figure out where to mount my hi lift jack now ,I was thinking getting some hood hinge mounts for the jack.

There is a thread out there about installing a jack on the xrc by simply drilling two bolts in the tire carrier, so that the jack holds horizontally right above the tailgate. Just search for it... Though this will impair classic cb antenna setup.
