I didn't think there was much chrome on my Jeep. Just enough on the wheels so you can tell if they are dirty or not. Hahahaha

Not loud at all. I can hear them humm some, but that is about it. I aired the tires down to 35psi from 45psi and that made a huge difference in softening the ride up. After 100 miles, I am still very happy!
