Does anybody have photos of a JK with a khaki top (preferably red rock crystal pearl)? I am trying to decide between the black and khaki top and can't seem to find pics anywhere on the web. The khaki top just doesn't seem to be that popular from what I can tell.

The Khaki tops are only available on the Saharas. You can only get a khaki top if you order the khaki interior. If you get the gray interior you will have the black top. Both the X and Rubicon have black tops no matter what interior color.

What is the marketing philospohy behind making certain exterior/interior colors unavailable (e.g., no khaki top as you stated on the X and Rubicon, no flame red exterior for the Sahara ...)? I've never fully understood this.
