I just worry about resealing the windshield properly when its folded back up..

From what i was told on the TJ, it always leaked after having the windshield down.

Yeah, so I'm basically afraid to take the windshield down because the manual suggests using a pen to mark where everything went so you don't put it back wrong...

Yup! looks that way. Be sure to put down the windshield so you get a good view. (Had to say on topic right?)
