Default Winch and stubby

I install my Smittybilt winch on a Harbor Freight winch plate, then combined two stubby bumper mods.

How about a better pic of the side. I am still debating on making mine a stubby when my winch plate arrives... I cant make your side pic any bigger.

Here you go.....they're not as clean as Woods, but I chose to weld on the outside.

Plastic welding is not easy....well to a novice like me. I practice on the scraps prior to attempting the final welds. I used a torch soldering iron like the other posts suggested. I had already mounted the bumper so I went for the outside weld. Wood’s inside welds make it much cleaner. I know it's not perfect but it's my unique Jeep

Next I will be adding JK decals. Hopefully they will come in this week.

Excellent job, I like th way you have your lights mounted too. The stubby turned out great. Now I have to get the nerve up to try mine.

It took a while to build up my nerve. Once you start cutting there is no turning back. Good luck and take you time.
