Tire sidewall has 38" but the tire measures 37", will that work?

The plan is to go with 40" but got a great deal on the 38". I blew my budget when I bought the supercharger. Had to cut back on tires and wheels.

Mine again, this time with new Tera Flex springs

Damn, my 37's look small now. Shoulda got 40's
