The trailer is heavy, and the Jeeps' wheel base is short. The base weight of that trailer is 1100lbs (if it's the Horizon and it looks like it is) and start adding weight from there.

some insurance companies do cover it. however you have to check with your insurance company to see if that applies to your rate. i can tell you that i have Allstate and they cover it and i have no rate increase. they also cover any lifts, wenches, bompers etc that would have been installed as aftermarket. my detuc. is only 400 bucks. they will also buy me a new jeep with aftermarkect upgrades to match it if i total it while i still have my loan. so im in good shape. everyone should check with there carrier to see exactly what is and is not covered.

You guys could always wash them by hand.... right?
Or I can trade you my 35's so you don't have to get wet seriously...

Now that we have these monsters in our driveway, does anyone know if you can squeeze them into a automatic carwash?
I took mine off-roading 2 weeks ago but since it stands 6'8" tall w/ window and bumper lights, I'm really concerned an auto-carwash will knock something off or simply not handle the size.
Thoughts?
id be more worid about my dana 30 imploding

I have an '08 Sahara Unlimited and am looking to do a 4" lift w/ 37's. My only concern is the overall height of the rig after it's lifted. I'm pretty set on keeping it garaged as it's not my daily driver. Can anyone give me the height of their rig?
Thanks
Oh, don't mind the screen name. I had an '07 Sahara 2 dr.... then had to get an '08 4 dr., never satisfied I guess!
