I finally upgraded to 37s. I've got old style MTRs on some Hummer aluminum beadlock wheels with BORA 5 lug to 8 lug adapters. I've upgraded to Teraflex big brake kit up front. I'm installing a Synergy track bar and sector shaft brace tomorrow.
I scored a great deal on a 4+ Tera44, Teraflex knuckles and ball joints. I also won a raffle for a free regear, I'm going to go to 5.13s. I will be installing the axle and getting the gears in the next couple weeks. I will also need to upgrade to adjustable upper front arms (at the minimum) before I install the front axle. I haven't decided on whether to get ram assist and if so which brand. I will be doing some easy wheeling next week to see if I need to make any other adjustments and how the steering feels. I never ran into hard steering with my 35s.
I'm currently running 2.5 Metalcloak springs and rear track bar, Bushwhacker flat flares, some long Rancho shocks, JKS front links and JKS track bar, and stock control arms.
Some other long term projects I'm considering that may help the driveability include; weighted Centerforce flywheel, Teraflex rear brake upgrade and upgraded master cylinder, complete Metalcloak control arms, finally getting a tune for my Ripp headers, weld rear axle tubes and add truss, upgrade to small diameter front driveshaft. This is my only vehicle and I must use it for work so dependability is important to me. I tend to replace parts before they break.

I finally got it all squared up and rolling this weekend. I still need to get it to an alignment machine to try and set the toe. It's setting at 5° caster and 5° pinion.
Doing the testing on my wall, I don't like the rear axle does not seem to want to articulalte as easy as the front. You can also see it on the rock in my yard. I have 3" bump extensions front and rear, the rear is to much, the front is rubbing the flares. I need to test it at Rausch Creek and see how bad and if I need to add more front. I don't really have a desire to cut the flares.

Well after 5 yrs on 33's I went to 37's!!! I armored up my Dana 44's and through caution to the wind lol. I am now rolling on Mickey Thompson MTZ P3's and could not be happier. I was afraid I'd have to re-gear right a way but with the AEV procal it is totally ok… it is very ok, so much so I think I'll leave the gears for awhile and buy some more arms for the jeep.
