I could use some advice, I have the opportunity to switch from 35 Goodyear mtr's to 37" km2's virtually cost free. I run the TF 3" long arm pre runner set up. What kind of "issues"will I run into if I make the change? Any advice one way or another. I do plan to regear with the change...

Honestly, not much difference in size between the 35" MTR and the 37" km2, which runs about 35.6" mounted on the vehicle. If your not rubbing now, you should be fine. It is actually a good thing for some, as it gives a little extra size from a true 35" without necessarily needing to regear or add additional lift.
