It's the soft top boot made by Bestop. 
It looks clean, but it's a bitch to get on. Usually tugging/cussing/sweating for 15-30 mins. But this past weekend, I learned to tuck the soft top more and I got it on in like 5 mins. Lots of tugging involved.
