Those are just the bumper covers that come with the Fab Four bumper, I just yanked mine off and painted them red for effect.

Yes it brakes fine. I can slam on the breaks and probably do a front flip.

Breaks work but I would recommend going bigger. I'm in FL so it's pretty flat here. Not sure how they do up north.
