Are you not bogging down and stalling when off roading? My 35s in sand with 3.73 made the engine die cause it couldn't turn them under stress. I have 4.88 now

I know but that's not really good to drive 4 lo all the time I thought. Plus if you need tires to spin to get up an obstacle it's hard to get the momentum if needed. Just my thoughts.. I dunno

Agreed! Shifting in 4lo does not hurt anything. High speeds in 4lo is what hurts. Its funny people are shocked I shift while in 4lo like its a 1st gear only thing

I wish I could join the club, but I can't seem to find 5.38 or 5.86 gears for my front Dana 30 :-(

5.13 is the lowest gear you can get for d30 and should be fine
