They're BFG Krawlers... uber-soft compound, they can't wear worth a darn on the street.

I have a 4" Teraflex long arm lift. The tires supposedly measure 37.8". On the AEV bumper I cut the ends off wih a plasma cutter and welded plates for end caps back on.
