I have a stock 2008 4dr and I'm looking to put a lift on it and some tires. I like the look of stock rims with a lift. What would be the best lift and tires for about $1500-$2000?

Preferred lift height and size tires?

You can get a simple 2.5" coil lift from teraflex, and some 35" tires for a good cost.

It looks like you have 18" Sahara rims, so the tires are going to eat your lunch for that budget. See if you can nab some slightly used ones on the forum and go with a budget boost from Teraflex.

I'd like to go with 35" tires. But wasn't sure what was a good lift for the $

Teraflex all the way. Well. Northridge really. But teraflex has really good gear.

Will I have to use wheel spacers with the stock rim?

Yes. grab some 17" rims from an X or a Rubi.. I kept mine just to be flexible to save next time around for rims and tire size

I see some nice rims/tires for sale in the for sale section.

Figure about 800 for tires and rims, and the rest towards a budget boost.
