My favorite so far is my True Flow XDI cold air intake. Love the extra power and you know it's going to be a good day when you hit the road with a powerful sucking sound!!! hehe

Although not so much a modification as a customization, I'm really glad I got rid of the seatbelt chime and the alarm chirp. Those drove me crazy.
My favorite modification has to be the headlight upgrade to Wipacs through Daniel Stern. Unbelievable difference. The light bar and 3 additional auxiliary lights I added last week also make a huge difference when trekking my way through the mountains on Friday nights after work. Lighting is very important to me since I do a fair amount of driving at night in pitch darkness.
I ain't city-folk like many of you fancy Jeepers with your Sahara's, leather interior and navigation packages.
