Definitely a good one- I always crack up when I see those things.

Parked next to a Ford Escape at work yesterday that had a huge set of pink (picture fuschia-esque color) balls on its hitch. I found it amusing.

I was known to do the no shirt, straw hat, mullet wig, and 'very audible' country thing from time to time for funzies back in college in my old lifted XJ. Could be I have a strange sense of humor but rolling around Rochester, NY or going to Wegmans in said fashion always brought me great entertainment and lots of funny looks from other drivers.

I'm a little country, but as far as redneck - my girl tells me lifting a truck or jeep is inherently redneck. I usually just blank stare her in confusion.

Redneck, in my area anyway, is usually a perception of wealth. The 'rednecks' around here have more teeth missing than retained (age doesn't seem to matter) and drive around a late 70's early 80's Chevy truck with 6" box tubing on the axle as the lift kit. Since they do tend to be a bit daft a fun trick to play is sticking a heavy duty zip-tie around their drive shaft so it comes into contact with the body as it rotates. Causes mass hysteria and confusion.
