Stuffed some foam in the windshield gap, and added a compass (impulse buy @a drug store ).

No, it isnt pre-wired for them. If it didnt come from the factory with fogs, you dont have connectors. Do NOT cut into that wiring harness thinking you can find them, they are not there. To the best of my knowledge those wires are ESP/ABS circuits.
You will need to come up with wiring yourself, or buy the mopar kit (MOPAR® Production Fog Lamp Kit for 07-10 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK) to install the stalk switch/wiring/relay.

A New Stance...
I just had a TeraFlex 3" coil suspension lift with front lower and upper rear FlexArms. I also gave it a better stance with 35/12.50/17 35" Pro Comp Xtreme A/T tires wrapped around Pro Comp 8128 wheels. This little "project jk" of mine is coming together nicely.
