Fixed soft top tension straps that came off of rivets in a couple of places!
Step 1 - open top and place over rear tire to fully expose strap and rivets.
Step 2 - drill or cut out rivets. I cut out rivets with a Dremel tool. Paint any exposed metal from drilling or cutting.
Step 3 - Use stainless self tapping screws and fender washers to prevent the strap from lifting over again. I had drill out the holes a little for the screws. The metal was really hard!

The receiver tow hook is an awesome mod for the money. Mine was $10 on sale at harbor freight and I leave it on there even though I have rear D-Rings now. It is just so handy for a quick pull .

I always hated the way they look, but they certainly are more convenient than D rings! I'll check out HF now. Hopefully shipping won't kill me.

Big fan of the jeep green. Looks sweet, especially with the khaki top. I parked next to this sweet jk earlier today at the depot. I like parking next to any and all jks haha.

Cut the rubi rails and pinch seams to make room for 35's when wallet allows. I was bored and wanted somthing to work on.
Also extended my breathers on the axles.
Next week its a hi-lift mount, tailgate shock and rear trackbar bracket. (Waiting on the mail.)
