I just yanked the stock bumper after the dented corner on a rock incident. I don't have the scratch for a new bumper right now, but am considering just going to a local welding shop and having something functional thrown on there.

...now all you have to do is spray paint the back plate of that CB "black" and you'll be all set! I have my cb mounted on my Daystar dash panel and seeing that silver plate on the rear of the cb made me nuts - I just spray painted it over the weekend and now it's barely noticeable from the exterior.

I took off my fender flares and put on "flexy flares" for more clearance.
Cut the bumper, didnt turn out as well as I would have liked, but its temporary
Added front and rear recovery hooks from MOPAR
Reprogramed my Jeep's computer with Pro Comp reprogramer
Rescued my buddy's m1008 CUCV twice
Gave my jeep a mud bath

I put on a new/old bumper to replace my crunched up stock bumper. Thanks Joey!
I figure as long as people keep giving me stock bumpers, I'll keep swapping them on and running them. 6 bolts. One tool.
