Default lock box

This box is the "Gun Guard" by Plano. Here is a link to a site to get one... http://www.exploreproducts.com/plano...safe-12306.htm It comes with instructions and templates for mounting it in your house. You can bolt it down as a safe so no one can just take it and your valuables out of the house. If your in law enforcement these can be bolted together as a locker system so when you enter a holding area you can put up your gun take the key and keep the gun from inmates. I took the little plastic vent off the back door (under the stock tire rack) I have no tire rack back there now so it was easy for me. It has holes all over for mounting and to keep water out I plugged them with a few plugs I had (I need one more from Lowes, look close at the pic you can see the missing one) I drlled 2 holes as per the template used 2 bolts I had to bolt it to the inner wall of the rear door ten replaced the black plastic vent and installed the foam inside the box. The box has foam and double sided tape, it comes out easy (don't rip it) install the bolts then reinstall the foam. Put your valuables in there lock the door, shut your rear door and lock it and walk away from your topless baby knowing your valuables are safe.
