Krylon supermaxx all in one. Paint and primer in one. It's satin. No sanding required. All I did was clean the surface with a heavy duty all purpose cleaner and went to town. Probably going with the glossy for my grill hood and window surround.

Last year I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Saharawith a factory black soft top. I had a Rough Country “spice” convertible topinstalled to coordinate with the dark green exterior and saddle leatherinterior colors. I was not happy withthe limited access afforded by OEM/Aftermarket fixed zip in rear window/holddown bar systems. A Google search didnot reveal any commercially available rear swing gate mounted windows. Being familiarwith the 50s-60s sport car roadster Plexiglas door windows, I designed and had fabricatedthe ideal rear window (photos attached) for the Jeep Wrangler. The window makesconvertible tops much more convenient for all Wranglers.
The locking post hinges allow for adjustment to matchthe rear rake angle of any particular convertible top, while facilitating foldingthe posts for compact storage. Installation is strait forward; involvingmounting the 2 brackets to the top bar of the swing gate with stainless self-tappingscrews and trimming the Plexiglas to fit the individual top rear opening. Thebracket attached toggle clamps prevent rattling and permit the almost instantaneousmounting and removal of the window without tools or lose parts.
Thiswindow will greatly increase the utility and demand for Wrangler soft tops buyproviding a more convenient rear access than the expensive optional removable hardtop that results in having 2 rear doors. However, the window can be easily adaptedto provide improved rear access to factory hard tops as well. It will be a veryattractive product for the 2+ million existing 2 and 4 door Jeep Wranglerowners worldwide and a desirable option for all future buyers. The prototypebrackets and post assemblies are fabricated of steel. However, a productionversion could be executed in aluminum. Since I live in Mexico, low cost manufacturingof prototypes or volume production, can easily be arranged.
Thanks,
Paul

Over the past week I put on a 3.5 inch Rubicon Express coil lift with RE front lower control arms and rear adjustable upper control arms. The kit included an adjustable front trackbar.
This weekend I put on AMP Terrain master 35x12.50xR17 tires. Phase 1 of the upgrades is now complete. Below are some photos before, lifted with stock tires on and then lifted with the 35 inch tires.
