How much higher do you think you can install it? The top of my fridge is about even with the back seat if you take off the headrests. Do you think it can be installed to clear that?

I think it would be close but doable. Here is a pic that I snapped just now. Like I said mine is in the lowest setting. If you raised it to the highest it would be right about were you're talking.

i had the Ace on my sport but being low to the ground stock height , they seemed to be a obstruction getting in and out . you cant stand on it then step down 12 " lol and using them as a step getting in is more effort manuvering around than what its worth !

mine turned green in all the joints from a bad powdercoat job i guess they offered to send out another set but i just said forget it , i sent them back . I did not get a set for the rubicon seeing its stock height too ( Do yourself a favor ) get something like i used to get a grip
or if they are wet someone might slip and hurt their knees ( I had a love hate relationship with them for the week i had them on i liked the look and hated them in ways too ! lol to get out i always had to put my leg way out over them and it was driving me nuts . they would help from rock maybe but the rubicon has rails so i have not found the real need Click image for larger version

Unfortunately I have already noticed what you're talking about. Stepping in and out is a pain for me at stock height. But was trying to make the boss happy.

I wasn't going to put any on being the Willys edition it has Rubicon rails already. Hopefully once it has the 2" to 2.5" lift it will be worth it.
