At first I didnt really like the looks of the tube type bumper but im definitely diggin it on that red jeep. very nice

Yes it has 4, 2 on top and 2 lower down kinda in front of the headlights.

Just a quick question. I have the same bumper and winch as you, however the winch is not installed, did you have to remove the bumper to install the winch?

I have that bumper with a stinger. I had to remove it to get my powerplant on. It was almost impossible to get the center bolts in with the winch there. His winch looks narrower, so it was probably easier.
