Finally had some time today and it wasn't raining so I gave my fenders a good chop

I originally planned on cutting them with the fenders still on but honestly, it became clear pretty quickly that do it right it's clearly best to pull them off. Just make sure you have extra fender clips since you'll probably break some taking it apart.

I found it was much easier using my Dremel Multimax tool to cut the lines in. Then I used the regular Dremel for a little sanding and shaping. I did the rest of the sanding by hand.
I used a sawzall to cut the front support structure.

I did put some of the fender liner/splash guard back in but only in the front. I'm going to do a little painting in the back and some in the front in a couple weeks when I install my lift. That's going to be a busy weekend

Installed a 50" Lifetime LED bar on Rigid/Poison Spyder mount. Ran the wiring as best I could - tried fitting it behind the mount, not enough room. Also took off my Rugged Ridge light mount and sprayed it.

Looks like the same bumper that's coming on the Rubi I just got. Can you link me to where you got it from? Personally I'm not a fan, so I'm looking to sale it.

Got bored, moved my hi lift to the top of roll bars, bought some new tools/equipment and an air compressor, mounted that behind my back seats

If you weld or know someone that can weld I can cut one out and ship one flat. If you're in Colorado I can weld it for you. Just bulky and expensive to ship assembled.

Will the deep storage box work with a 2 door JK, or is there interference? If it would work, I'd love to buy the cut plate from you.

I have a nice 250 amp Thermal Arc MIG and Esab 650 power cut plasma.... but plasma by hand is limited compared to what a CNC guided plasma can do, no doubt!

I ordered a trail master 2.5 inch lift kit, a bestop trektop nx, hitch, door seal protectors, and skyjacker steering stabilizer for my 2014 Sahara JKU on Thursday. Will post pics when all installed next week. It's not all I want but it's a start!!!!
