What was done to your JK this week?
Went out to the river and while gettibg there... slid sideways and broke my rear taillight.
And i had no turn signal at all.. so i went over to princess auto and got 2 4" led lights. And just widen out the hole and rounded it out. Just wide enough where i can hide it and this was tempoary till i get my aluminum sized and made up so they will look better and cover the hole.
And i found these small led lights called penny marker lights... 7$ each.
They are flush and are a nice alternative. Spent 52$ for now...

It's not much, but I painted my muffler. Took longer to mask everything off than to do the actual painting, but I'm an overthinker like that...

What kind of paint do you use? How did you prep it?
Here is my girl. Just wrapping up my 60 day overhaul. RK 5.5 lift, ATX slabs, 4D's nitto trail grappler, VIAIR OBA, SPOD, Rock Jock 60 front end stuffed with 5.38's and ARB, and a Hard top for the long trips.

painted mine red http://oi62.tinypic.com/2vhyjw1.jpg used krylon fusion for plastic, you can also just use any bedliner for black though, the fusion comes in just about every color jeeps come in, except ghekko and a few of the other neon pastels. prep was easy, just dawn dishsoap and water 50/50 and brillo pad to degunk anything left on it from when it was made, and after a rinse and dry i hit it with rubbing alc and a rag to get anything left from washing it/touching it.
My rubicon came pretty much perfect from the factory as far as the outside goes, but I couldnt take the white inside top when its otherwise black and red!
I am also redoing the seat stitching with red sharpies, because the silver thread offends me http://oi57.tinypic.com/nz0soi.jpg both front seats "Rubicon" done, working on the billion little stitches over the next month or so....

Installed a spiderwebshade and (more for the JK, not to it) a hard top hoist in my garage. I know, I know. This post is worthless without pictures. I'll get some.
