Installed a set of Delrin door bushings tonight. The rear drivers door was starting to seize up and figured it was a good time to swap them out.
What a painful process removing all the stock ones. First of all had to use a jack and board for each door. Then each and every stock bushing had to be punched out. Hammer and flat head to fold in the top lip and then a 1/4" extension bar seemed to be the perfect punch. Only had to use lube on the door that seized up.
Gained some battle scars removing the doors but nothing a bit of touch up paint couldn't help.
