That crap is pretty tough. I've never had anything chip off but nothing has had to flex ether. Just keep an extra can and hit anything that chips over again. Quick and easy.

I know it's tough. I use it a lot. But nothing likes bending. I still have the pieces I cut off when I chopped my fenders. I'm gonna prep them and spray them, let them set and cure for a week or so. I'll get back to you guys with my results. It would be good for us to know.

Ripped out the Dana 44's and threw on some Rockjock III's D60's,1350 Yoke, 5.38 Gears, Eaton Lockers, 35 spline, 1-ton unit bearings, F450 Outers. Since my lug pattern changes decided to sell my spyderlocks and picked up some new ATX slabs.

Took off the 32" trail grapplers and put on some 34's (285/75-17). I have a 2.5" lift and that's the proper tire size for my particular setup.

Installed Vision X rock lights, Rigid Industries SRM reverse lights, and Rigid Industries SRQ's for fog lights. Both sets of the RI lights have diffused lenses. Switches are from OTHATTW and mounted in a day star pillar. Two position fog lights, three position reverse lights, and three position rock lights tied into the interior light circuit.
