They have a few different replacement screens for screen doors...this one provided the best shade that I could tell from the examples they had. Mines a 4 door so I used the 48x82 I think it was...had to trim it up some on the long end...the sides are rolled over about 2". I have to give credit to my buddy Eric for helping this week too..

Did you stitch the sides where you rolled it over? How do the grommets install? I want to do this just not sure how much effort I want to put in. That sounds bad I know.......

So that's just common household screen? Fiberglass or metal?

The grommet kit is very simple and has instructions w it...comes a little hole punch and and press for the grommets..very very simple..less than 30 mins to make! No stitching required at all...

No it's not metal or fiberglass..it's much more...just household screen...they sell it in rolls in different sizes. I think the one I got was called sun shades..it was only $18

So did you just put the grommet through two layers to hold the "fold" in place instead of stitching?
