I really like the blacked out wheels with white Lettering.

I think that is going to be the next thing now that most of the good companies stopped producing tires in sizes I want with white letters.

Thanks Guys . I don't have a writeup on it but I can get the exact dimensions I took and post them.

It's made up of the following items:

- A dozen or so 2x4x8's (Depending on how sturdy you want to make it)
- 4 Ceiling mount pulleys (Shop Covert 2" Heavy-Duty Wall/Ceiling Mount Pulley at Lowes.com)
- 4 Fast Eye pulleys (Lehigh 2 in. Zinc-Plated Fast-Eye Single Pulley-7090S-12 at The Home Depot)
- 4 Eye Hooks (Lehigh 3-5/8 in. x 3/4 in. Zinc-Plated Screw Eye Hooks (2-Pack)-7229S-6 at The Home Depot)
- 4 Utility Snap Hooks (Lehigh 4 in. Marine Utility Snap Hook-MH008S-6 at The Home Depot)
- 1, 1'' square steel tubing
- Decking Screws. Size is your choice. I used both 3.5'' and 2'' depending on where it was doing.
- 4 Locking caster wheels (Shepherd 2-1/2 in. Rubber Wheel Swivel Plate Caster with Brake-9510 at The Home Depot)
- 20 lag bolts and washers to mount caster wheels and winch
- Some metal 'L' brackets if you want to have some extra security from your wood flexing side to side.
- Manual 1000lb winch (1000 Lb. Capacity Hand Winch)
- Rope (i think mine is 3/8ths rope rated around 800lbs.
- Paint for the metal tubing

Tools I used:
- Miter Saw
- Drill
- Square or star bit depending on deck deck screws
- Wood drill bits so i don't splinter any wood when doing angles
- Bit for lag bolts
- Measuring tape
- Pencil

I'll get my exact measurements but basically I measured the width of my jeep and then added a few inches for extra clearance and that was my width, I think around 7' give or take. I used the full height of the 2x4x8's so it's 8' (96'') tall plus the casters, so around 100'' tall. The depth I believe is 36'' which I got from measuring my hardtop depth at the mount / hoist points. The points are at the hardtops windows one toward the jeep front and the other at the back this way when it's being hoisted there's no way of it falling off. Basically I built my frame, put my casters on the bottom, one in each corner. Stood it up right. Put some more wood around it to strengthen it up. Mounted my manual winch on the bottom left. Put the 4 fast eye stationary pulleys at the top, and eye hook right next to it. Ran my rope through the stationary pulleys at the top, down through Eye pulleys then back up to the eye hook and tied off thus securing the free floating eye pulley which the jeep top will be connected to. The ropes, once feed through all the pulleys are all brought down the left side and tied into the metal bar. I drilled out four 3/8'' holes and fed the ropes through and tied them off. The entire metal bar is then pulled down by the winch thus pulling all the ropes at once. My friend welded on some round bar to the squared bad so the winch had a solid single point to pull from. I'll get some more close up pics and can give more details if anyone wants but it's just some backyard caveman style engineering that's works well

I'm just over 6' and more than 200lbs and can easily hang from this thing and swing from it without it bending and making any noise. Nearly no flex and it holds my Hardtop like a champ.

The flip kit helped with handling and bump steer. It's not dramatically better, but there is a notable improvement.

The JW Speaker headlights, however, are a great improvement over stock. Installed them myself in 30 minutes. I wish they were a bit brighter, but I really cannot complain. Oh, and I finally got around to adjusting my headlights per the write-up on project-jk. Cannot believe I went 4 years without doing this!

Also fixed my botched fender trim job (Dremel was awesome), and cut/JB Welded the pinch seam.
