Plus, I usually haul a$$ through the desert, drive up to 100+mph on freeway and take it rockcrawling on the weekends
Geez man 100+!? You're not messing around. I did all the same when I installed mine as well, I just get nervous from time to time with them. Nothing in particular. I've put about 7k on them with a good amount of rock crawling with no issues but I'm always looking to make things better!

Yep 100+mph, the 3.6 is a nice engine. 4.10s, auto, 37's and procal. I really don't worry about it, cuz I know I used red loctite and torqued all the lugs to spec.
Ya me too, im constantly figuring out my next move on my jeep to improve it on the trail. I still need to make a few brackets for my front shocks so the body doesnt hit the frame at full flex, track bar braces and a few other things. Really can't wait to get beadlocks and new nitto mud or trail grapplers but that won't be for a while

Not at all the inverter is mounted above the ground it's suspended with a metal band from the seat mounts. My jeep would have to be submerged for water to get into it.

Looks like something to keep the plastic behind it from rubbing through the filter

Yep or a home made splash shield for the filter. That's awesome for a free intake!!!
